Andreas Suttner has studied Violoncello and music tuition at the Leopold-Mozart-Conservatory in Augsburg and the National Academy for Music and Theater in Munich. His teachers were Markus Wagner, Walter Nothas and Edgar Gredler. He has won the 'Salzmann-Competition for young Cellists' and been awarded at the 'Jugend Musiziert' contest on more than one occasion. As a musician he is working as a soloist and in different ensembles.
After completing his MA in Arts Management at City University of London in 2000 and 2001 he has turned his attention to music management and promotion in addition to keeping up a busy concert schedule. From 2007 he is focusing on his work as a composer and producer for filmmusic in TV and radio.
From 2004 he is working as a music consultant for the film department of Bavarian Television and from 2008 as trainer for the ARD-ZDF media academy.
